Hi Martin,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
Logitech G933 Software, Drivers & Manual Instruction Download For Windows 7, 8, 10. Gamers are a little leery about wireless technology but given just how far it has come in the past couple of decades, it is time to give it a different look. The Logitech G Hub peripheral management software is attractive and comprehensive, but it has a bit of a learning curve. Click Download, and install it like any other program.
I understand that you are facing issues regarding the USB. Please let me help you.
Method 1:
I suggest you to check the device and make sure that the device don’t have any hardware issue.
If the device is fine please follow the next method.
Method 2: Please follow the below steps

- Press Windows Keys + X and click on Device Manager from the list of options. Device Manager opens with your computer name at the top and a list of devices that are installed on your computer beneath your computer name.
- Locate the malfunctioning device (Logitech wireless headset H600) in the list of devices, right-click the device, and then click Uninstall. When a warning message appears that you are uninstalling a device from your system, click OK. Device manager uninstalls the device.

- Right-click the device and click Properties. On the General tab of the device Properties dialog box, in Device status, you should see the message this device is working properly.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried the first method and the headset still does work on another computer.
I also performed the steps for the second suggestion, although windows is not recognizing the device. Instead of any Logitech headset being detected, it shows me that error I mentioned above.
Please advise if there is another solution available.

I decided to check every single port, and found a front port on my computer that did accept the device. I am hearing sound again using my G930!

I've had same problem. G930 worked fine with Win7, works fine on my laptop running Win8.1, but lots of issues on Win10. I too found that it only works using the front USB port on my desktop, but then the Logitech Gaming Software does not recognize or find the headset, which it did do from the other ports, but would not play. With Win7 and Win8.1 devices, it works from any USB port. I would have preferred to keep my front port available for portable drive connection. Real pain to get this figured out and far from optimal solution.

New Logitech Pro Wireless -- Not Connecting to G-Hub
Hi all, see title.
My mouse is connected as shown in the diagram on the package (that is, USB wire to wireless receiver, wireless connection to mouse) and I am unable to see the device in G Hub.
I have tried (multiple times, in many different orders)
-Deleting Logitech AppData
-Unplugging the mouse and reinstalling the drivers
-Uninstalling and reinstalling both G Hub and Logitech Gaming Software, most recent versions
-Restarting the computer
-Deleting Logitech AppData
-Unplugging the mouse and reinstalling the drivers
-Uninstalling and reinstalling both G Hub and Logitech Gaming Software, most recent versions
-Restarting the computer
Still, G Hub shows blank 'Connect Your Logitech G Gear' home screen and LGS only tells me to open G Hub to take advantage of advanced features.
Has support not yet been added for this mouse in G Hub? If the answer is no, then how do I set the DPI?
